How To Avoid Middle-Aged Belly Fat

While you step into your middle aged life you tend to concentrate less on our looks, where getting a belly becomes unavoidable, right ? well if we look afetr ourselves appropriately we can avoid the barrel belly completely.
It is a suprise that even tho our routine life does not have any major changes, but when you look down on your belly you can see it growin. You can blame your hormones as their level goes down with age, and so does your metabolism, which mean you burn less calories and gain more fat even tho your eating routine is healthy as always. That extra fat stored all around your middle tummy is nothing but falling level of oestrogen and rising level of progesterone which makes it all heppen.
Your muscle mass shrinks, as glucose in your body gets burnt by muscle tissue, which is why glucose gets stored as fat around your tummy. In reality the looks dotn really matter much but the risks which gets uplifted through it is dangerous for your body. Excess fat links to cancer, diabetes and cardivascular diseases. Can you do much about it ?

Get Active

Cardivascular exrcises are know to be the best to burn you excess fat and tones up your muscles. Physical activities like walking, swimming, running, cycling, badminton, dancing for 30 minutes and 5 times everyday definitely helps.
Movement is neccessary even morning walk can bring significant improvement. use stairs instead of lifts, any physical activity where pace of of your movement changes from high - slow or slow to high will burn calories. Perform as many physical activities you can evryday without using mechanical means unless you have to.
Muscle building exercises helps a lot as you loose your muscle mass and the bigger the muscle mass the more calories you brun. you dont neccessarily go to the gym , use mini weights to do squats with even cans of food or normal push up exrcises. Do a repetition of atleast 12 sets for each exercise.

Eat Well

With age your metabolism goes down so the best way forward is to lessen down the portion of your food intake. Eat more vegetables , pulses, wholegrain foods, less fat and sugar. See the label of calories intake with whatever food you chooe to eat. Most importantly alcohol for eg:- one glass of wine has 160 calories. so you have to watch your alcohol consumption closely too.
Cut down on carbohydrates like refined oil, rice, pasta, white bread. Take more protein instead like fish, nuts, dairy proteins, lean meat, etc, as protein will help in muscle growth. Atleast include protein in your three meal a day food chart.
